Shipping Destinations:

At Champ Nutrition, we currently offer shipping to two countries:

  1. Netherlands: We provide reliable and efficient shipping services to customers across the Netherlands. Your orders will be carefully packaged and dispatched promptly to ensure a smooth delivery process.
  2. Belgium: For our Belgian customers, we extend our shipping services to provide you with the same level of convenience and care. Expect your orders to arrive in excellent condition and on time.

Shipping Fees:

Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and the total weight of your order. You will see the applicable shipping charges during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.

Shipping Times:

We are committed to delivering your orders as quickly as possible. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but we strive to dispatch orders within 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Returns and Refunds:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Champ Nutrition. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward returns and refunds policy.

Returns Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. We only accept returns within 10 days from the date of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Please get in touch with our customer support team to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on where to send the item(s).
  3. Pack and Ship: Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation. Write the RA number on the outside of the package. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect them, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and there will be no additional cost to you.
